When working in Production environment

1. Quyền truy cập phải do Leader quản lý và cấp quyền lẫn remove quyền. (phải thật chặt chẽ, tạo file quản lý)

2. Các việc test có thể ảnh hưởng đến data thì phải có sự thông báo trước với Khách hàng và nhận được xác nhận từ Khách hàng. (qua mail, chat, document)

3. Khi muốn deploy hay merge source trên môi trường production, thì cần phải xác nhận với khách hàng và nhận được sự chấp thuận từ khách hàng. (qua mail, chat, document)

4. Nếu không nhận được ĐỒNG Ý từ khách hàng TUYỆT ĐỐI không được thao tác trên môi trường production.

1. Access permission have to be managed and maintained by Leader. (Provide/remove access righ). Leader must take the access list to manage. Manage will review frequently.

2. When testing will impact to the data, Leader must announce to client about the impact scope and get their confirmation before executing. Can confirm by Document, Email, Chat tool (Slack, Chatwork)

3. When deployment or merge source code, Leader must announce to client about the impact scope and get their confirmation about the scope of deploy and exactly time before executing. Can confirm by Document, Email, Chat tool (Slack, Chatwork)

4. If do not receive any confirmation from client side, ABSOLUTELY NOT manipulated on the Production environment.
