Overtime Workflow

  • Step 1: The project leader will submit the overtime application to PMS

  • Step 2: Divison Manager will review your request

  • Step 3: Once the admin approves the request, your team can proceed to work overtime

  • Step 4: When the overtime is finished, the project leader will update the actual time on their overtime records

  • In the Step 5, Step 6: DM and Admin will double check the actual time with the estimated time, the leader may have to update the actual time if something goes wrong

  • Final step: Admin will export playslip for only valid request

Register Overtime on PMS

In order to register overtime, the project leader can use the Overtime module.

Notice If there are different date belong to 1 overtime work, then leader has to register 2 overtime requests belong to different date.

  1. Goto: gumi PMS

  2. Login by your gumiviet email account (Gsuite)

3. Click on Register Overtime in the left side menu

4. Click Plus button on the top right alt text to open New Overtime page

5. Complete the New Overtime request form

In the request form, you (the leaders) can input the time your team intend to work overtime, reason and select a list of employees to participate in working overtime

6. Then click on the Save Overtime button for the system to recognize the Overtime. The initial status is Open.

7. When you get the approval from DM and the overtime is finished, you can update the actual time for each records

Especially, you can use the “Bulk update” function to quickly update all the records in the request. Attention: The data below will be updated for all records!

8. DM & Admin staff will confirm and check the Overtime records

When the admin staff approves the finished request and the state of request turns into Admin Checked and it starts to be counted in generating OVERTIME MANAGEMENT FORM

Update or create the overtime record

  1. Change to Records tab.

2. To update a overtime details record, click on the row to open the Overtime Record dialog. Then update the data and click Save Overtime Detail button to update.

3. To add a new overtime details record, click Register new record button, input the data and then click on Save Overtime Detail button to register a new one.
